Lens West Gallery Terms of Service
By accessing, viewing, downloading, or purchasing images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:
Image Usage
Purchased images include a personal-use licence unless otherwise agreed in writing. Personal-use images may be shared on social media, printed for personal display, and used for non-commercial purposes.
Images may not be sold, sublicensed, entered into stock libraries, used for advertising, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Lens West.
Copyright
All images remain the copyright of Lens West. Purchasing or downloading an image does not transfer copyright ownership.
Social Media Sharing
Clients are welcome to share purchased images on social media. Credit to Lens West (@lenswest.au) is appreciated but not required.
Downloads and Digital Products
Digital purchases are non-refundable once files have been downloaded. Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files during the gallery availability period.
Print Orders
Prints and products ordered through the gallery are produced by professional printing partners. Any manufacturing defects or damage during shipping should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Gallery Availability
Online galleries may be removed after the stated expiry date. Lens West is not responsible for storing images indefinitely. Clients are encouraged to download purchased images promptly and maintain their own backups.
Watermarked Previews
Preview images displayed in the gallery may contain watermarks. Purchased downloads will be provided without watermarks.
Pricing and Promotions
Prices, packages, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. Discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.
